still a huge component of the basketball frenzy known as the March
Madness Tournament. For sports bettors, basketball fans and
professional gamblers, the NCAA Final Four is an exciting time. The
weekend of the NCAA Final Four, and the three weeks of March Madness
leading up to it, generates nearly as much gambling revenue as the
Super Bowl, the only sporting event that tops this tournament's
popularity. In the future, the NCAA Final Four may even tie or pass
the Super Bowl as the biggest sporting event of the year.
Another popular and fast-growing arena to wager on the NCAA Final
Four is through the hundreds of online sportsbooks on the Internet
today. Though Las Vegas remains a hot spot for gambling traffic
during March Madness, millions of basketball bettors log on to
online sportsbooks to place their bets for the NCAA Final Four.
There are many reasons for this popularity, and most of them have to
do with convenience. Online sportsbooks allow you to place bets
whenever it is easiest for you-that's 24 hours a day, seven days a
week. So whether you are ready to make your NCAA Final Four picks on
your lunch break during the week, or at 3 in the morning on a
Saturday, you can do everything you need right in front of your
computer.
